Bearing in mind the content of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ L 119, p. 1), referred to as GDPR, and the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data, we are committed to respecting your right to privacy online and making every effort to properly secure any personal information you provide. At the same time, we would like to emphasize that the website www.wipasz.pl (“Website”) can be viewed without providing your personal information.

1. Personal Data Controller

2. Data Protection Officer

Our databases are protected from access by third parties. If you have any doubts about the processing of your personal data, do not hesitate to contact the Controller using the contact details indicated above.

3. Access data and hosting

You can enter the Website without providing your personal information. For each access, the Website and the server automatically record only the server logs, such as the name of the requested file, the IP address, the date and time of the access, the amount of data transferred, and the requesting internet service provider (access data), and documents the access to the page.
This data is analyzed solely for the purpose of ensuring the proper functioning of the Website and improving our offer. The above serves – as part of the interest assessment – to safeguard our legitimate interest in correctly presenting our offer.
4. Collecting and processing of personal data
We collect personal data only when you provide it to us voluntarily by using the Website (which results in the creation of the cookies referred to in item 6 below) or by contacting us (e.g., via a contact form or by electronic mail). The mandatory fields, if any, are marked as such because the data they contain is necessary for us to perform a service or handle the matter concerning which you have contacted us. Without providing such data, you cannot use the services we offer or contact us. What data is collected depends on the forms into which the data is entered. We use the data you provide only for the proper performance of our services and to respond to your inquiries. Once the service has been provided or your consent has been withdrawn, the processing of such data will be restricted, and after the expiration of the retention periods, the data will be erased, unless you expressly consent to the continued use of such data or, in accordance with applicable law, we reserve the right to continue using the data, of which, if such a situation occurs, we inform you in this statement. To withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, please send a message to us by post or electronic mail.

5. Newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter, we will use the data necessary for this purpose or provided to us separately by you in order to regularly send you our newsletter electronically on the basis of on your consent.
You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by sending us a message to that effect or by using the appropriate link provided in the newsletter. Once you have unsubscribed, we will delete your e-mail address unless you expressly consent to the continued use of your data for other purposes or we reserve the right to continue using your data in statutorily permitted cases, of which, in such a situation, we inform you of in this statement.

6. Cookies and web analytics

In order to make the Website more attractive and to enable certain functions to display relevant products or for market research purposes, we use cookies on our pages. This – as part of the analysis and evaluation of interests – serves to protect our legitimate interest in the optimal presentation of our offer. Cookies are small text files that are automatically stored on your terminal device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted when the browser session ends, i.e. when the browser is closed (session cookies). Other cookies are stored on your terminal device and allow us to recognize your browser the next time you visit the page (persistent cookies). Currently, for the purposes described above, we use the analytics tool Google Analytics 4 and the Notipack tool, which allows us to manage what cookies you agree to.

7. Contact information and user rights

You have the right to free information regarding your personal data that are stored by us, as well as the right to rectification, restriction of the processing, erasure of such data, or their transfer.

In addition, you have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

8. Right to object

If we process personal data in the manner described in this privacy policy – as part of an analysis and evaluation of interests – in order to safeguard our legitimate interests, then you may object to such processing for this purpose – with an effect for the future. If the processing takes place for direct marketing purposes, you may exercise your right to object at any time. If the processing takes place for other purposes, you have the right to object only for reasons based on your particular situation.

Once you have exercised your right to object, we will not continue to process your personal data unless we demonstrate that there are valid legitimate grounds for the processing and such grounds override your interests and rights, or if the processing is for the purpose of asserting, exercising, or defending claims. This does not apply when the data processing takes place for direct marketing purposes. In such a case, we will not continue to process your personal data for the above purpose.
