Wipasz is a Donor of the Szlachetna Paczka 2023 campaign

“Inflation brutally affects the lives of those who have it the hardest. There are people in Poland for whom every receipt is a receipt of horror. Medicines, basic food, clothing, hygiene products – these basic products that are luxury goods for them, and ‘small pleasures’ are completely out of their daily vocabulary.

All around us there are people who live in poverty not because of their own fault. They can hardly afford anything, but they don’t ask for help. They often have no hope that something will change, that someone will take an interest in their fate.

Living in poverty is a slow death of the body and the spirit. It takes away people’s dreams. Poverty deprives them of self-respect, brutally kills their passions, makes them withdraw from relationships.” – www.szlachetnapaczka.pl/raport-o-biedzie

  • About 1.8 million Poles lived in extreme poverty in 2022.
  • This group includes nearly 400,000 children and 290,000 seniors.
  • The daily budget in such homes is a little more than 20 zlotys.
  • Families included in the Szlachetna Paczka campaign in 2022 had at their disposal an average of 14 zlotys per day per person.

This year, too, Wipasz became a donor of the Szlachetna Paczka campaign, and employees of the Poultry Plant in Miedzyrzec Podlaski jointly prepared parcels that were handed over to a selected family during the Weekend of Miracles (December 16-17) through the volunteers participating in the campaign.

By supporting the Szlachetna Paczka campaign we help those who need our help the most!
